Art Exhibition: Naughty comic book anthology

At the beginning of the summer Lind got to participate her friend's comic book anthology. Subject was a fairytales with a naughty/porny twist.
It's called Prinsessaleikkejä.

Today was the opening party of the art exhibition and we went there to organize the whole happening (hang up paintings etc). Exhibition took place at Turku's Comic book store (Turun sarjakuvakauppa).
It was a new experience for both of us but all in all wonderful. In the end, good amount of people visited the exhibition and most of the available albums were sold. We got to meet once again comic book people, old friends and classmates.

All though Lind has published most of her work by herself, this particular album has received quite a lot of attention. Finland's Feminist comic book guild has promised to give a review on Prinsessaleikkejä. Even most notable comic book magazine, Sarjainfo has hinted something like this. Album sold so well at Helsinki's comic book festival that the first print was pretty much sold out today. They'll sell the second print at Turun Sarjakuvakauppa for 15€ as soon as it comes out. So exiting!
Second goal is to get it to the library and possibly to a mainstream book store. This's a really big thing for indie people, I let you know.

We couldn't be happier and more inspired about this. I am of course along with the spirit. Whenever either one of us successes, both of us get a tremendous boost of energy and inspiration. This is very notable milestone's for our careers as a whole. What a good day, this was. :)

Thanks for reading!
If you're Finn go check it out! It's really good!
